Garrick graduated from WCCMT in 1996 and has multi-faceted experience in the field of massage therapy. He has taught and designed courses in massage, chair massage, spa therapy, anatomy and physiology. He was also clinic manager and spa coordinator for WCCMT New Westminster campus. In addition, he has taught at various spa programs in the city. Garrick’s post-graduate studies and areas of interest include sports massage and rehabilitation, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and chair massage.

Becky completed her Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) Program from Langara College with extensive clinical training and field experience. Becky is well familiar with a variety of techniques including myofascial, Swedish, and trigger points in her treatments.

Before Becky decided to pursue her RMT license, she worked in various spas for many years, where she realized her passion is to help people be well, and coupled with her degree in Psychology from UBC, she is interested in achieving harmony between mind and body to enhance the wellbeing of her clients.

Dr. Jeon is a registered Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine with over 15 years of experience. She completed her Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) education at Shanghai TCM College of BC in 2003. Since then, she has worked continuously as a registered TCM practitioner. In 2008, she became a registered doctor of TCM and remains so to the present. As well, she obtained her BSc. in Kinesiology from SFU (2010) and her MSc. in Rehabilitation Sciences from UBC (2016).

In her clinical practice, she integrates her knowledge, skills and training in kinesiology & rehabilitation with the theory and practice of TCM to treat illness and promote health & wellbeing.

Dr. Jeon provides acupuncture/TCM services to help with those who need pain management for acute or chronic pain; neuro-rehab for those who experience pain, discomfort and functional impairment due to neurological conditions; cancer care for those who need immune support and symptom management.

She uses Swedish massage, trigger point work and heat as the main components of her massages, with your comfort and relaxation always in mind. Nicole makes it a priority to stay current with science based knowledge about human anatomy, musculoskeletal dysfunctions and pain science. She incorporates a variety of modalities in the treatment and management of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction including: Muscle energy technique (MET), Myofascial techniques, including CoAT Method, Neuromuscular therapy techniques, and Swedish massage. Shirley has over 3000 hours of training at the Langara College RMT program and graduated in 2019. During that time, she had the chance to work with various patient populations such as; dancers, opera performers, climbers, sports runners, seniors with different chronic conditions. Shirley also has a few years experiences as a shiatsu practitioner.

She has worked on clients with common musculoskeletal problems, especially stiff neck and shoulders, lower back caused by posture syndrome. During treatment Shirley likes to combine different techniques, to customize the treatment to that clients individual’s needsand educate the patient with home care tips, so they can successfully achieve their goals.
